Additional bedroom cleaning fee for any residence with more than 4 bedrooms.
Change and replace linens, towels, and sheets. Owner responsible for supplies and washing/drying/folding of all items before suppling.
Linen service. Towels and sheets laundered changed. All items will be removed, laundered and returned during next cleaning service.Property owner responsible for all supplies and materials.
Carpet sanitized. Clean and sanitize exposed carpet areas. Heavy stains not included.
